I currently only work with one other woman and we are both naturally very large-busted women. At our previous office, we worked with quite a few women and we both noticed and commented that of our coworkers boobs changed sizes up and down regularly. Maybe I'm totally off-base with my thinking about the acne scar thing. Perhaps the medical condition part of it is my own way of justifying wanting to change my appearance. I just know that I've had people ask me questions like "Did you used to do speed?" in reference to my acne scars and I think that any type of scar can be damaging to a person's self-confidence. When I look at myself in the mirror, I huge, horrible scars that I know are way over-exaggerated in my mind. Other people tell me they don't even notice them. I still wonder if that's true or not. In the end, I'm not opposed to the OP having her boobs done. I think people should do what they want as as it doesn't hurt another person. She probably needs to think and hard about the fact that her husband (most likely the primary admirer of said boobs) doesn't seem to be too into fake boobs. That could turn into a deal breaker for him.
